St Charles July 28th moved to Maddox Bay

This tournament has been moved to Maddox Bay due to the permit issue. I did not get a permit because you still cannot collect money for a tournament or weigh fish for a tournament on the Refuge. So we are moving it to Maddox Bay. Any questions please call me or email me. Will be using the Maddox Bay boat landing.
