Now our club is getting federated for the 2013 year so we can get the insurance though them to get permit to fish bear creek for next year. Also being federated this allows us to compete on a state level as a club. Our Rules will not change for the boater or non-boater deal. The thing is we have to turn our list of anglers to the federation by end of November and going to need an extra 50 dollars per angler for the federation fee. NOW REMEMBER that you do not have to join the federation to fish the club. You can just pay the club membership and still fish and compete all club events. Please do not think you have to pay the extra 50 dollars to fish the club. We are trying this to see if we like it and it gives us a chance to represent the West Helena Bass CLub on the State Level. Now we are going to have to have some volunteers to help with the federation meetings and other requirements. So please I need to KNOW ASAP if you want to do this so I can get a tally who wants to be federated and you are going to have to go ahead and send me your 50 dollars. I am intrested in joining the Federation. I have fished both the TBF and B.A.S.S. state federations in the years past. my question is...the state team that goes to state is 3 boaters and 3 no-boaters that do not fish out of the same boat. how will the points be determined for the boaters and no boaters? example...Damron and myself are fishing as a team, both of us are in the federation for points, but as a west helena bass club member we are a team.
